Tasks

-Assist in compiling reports and performance metrics. -Prepare and process shipping documentation such as bills of lading, manifests, and delivery receipts. -Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to transportation and safety. -Coordinate with internal departments such as procurement, customer service, and materials to support timely deliveries. -Enter and maintain accurate shipment data in TMS or ERP systems. -Identify and report areas for process improvement or cost reduction opportunities. -Support daily transportation operations including load planning, scheduling, and tracking shipments. -Monitor shipments in transit and assist with resolving delays or exceptions. -Communicate with carriers and vendors to confirm shipping arrangements and provide updates.
