Tasks

-Maintain audit records, reports, and documentation in compliance with ISO standards. -Develop, write, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and quality documentation. -Facilitate management reviews and align outcomes with quality objectives. -Provide ISO/QMS training to managers and staff to ensure audit readiness and adherence to requirements. -Identify non-conformities, lead root cause analysis, and manage corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes to completion. -Track, analyze, and present QMS performance metrics to leadership. -Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of an ISO 9001:2015-compliant QMS. -Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits, including certification and recertification processes. -Oversee supplier quality audits and verify vendor compliance with quality requirements.

What You Bring

-Minimum 3 years of experience leading ISO 9001:2015 audits and managing QMS programs. -Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. -Background in industrial manufacturing environments. -OSHA 30, CSP, or other recognized safety certifications. -ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification. -Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field; OR equivalent experience. -Experience conducting supplier audits and managing CAPA processes. -Proficiency in QMS software, audit tools, and Microsoft Office. -Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
