Overview

Assemble mechanical sub‑assemblies using hand/power tools and read blueprints.

Tasks

-Read blueprints and bills of materials -Setting all critical bearing clearances and shaft locations without supervision -Fitting and assembly operations. -Repair / refit of products as required.

What You Bring

-Strong verbal and written communication skills -Knowledge of electrical/hydraulic assembly preferred -Ability to work independently -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail -Strong interpersonal and customer service skills -0 - 2 years mechanical experience (2-4 preferred) -Read blueprints -Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines -Understand parts preparation -Have own tools; Use hand tools such as drills, grinders, sockets, wrenches, etc. Company provides larger tools -Basic mathematical skills -Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
