The Role
Overview
Provide executive support to the Director, managing communications, travel, meetings, and admin tasks.

Tasks
-Organise and service the HARP project and senior management meetings. -Arrange external and internal meetings, as required. -Operate as the key contact between the Directors, and other, senior managers.. -Provide routine and ad hoc management information and reports. -Seek ways of streamlining processes and making efficiencies. -Prepare presentations using PowerPoint and other media. -Co-ordinate the Director's daily correspondence and communication. -Ensure the offices are always presented in a professional manner. -Organise and manage the Director's inbox and diary. -Manage internal/external communications and arrangements on behalf of the Directors, including communication with other international business units within the group. -Make all travel and accommodation arrangements, when necessary, including all elements of international travel. -Prepare and review documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, formatting and/or technical accuracy. -Organise and collate paperwork for board and management meetings, including agendas, note-taking, and following up on action points. -Meet and greet key clients and senior members of business partners.

What You Bring
-Discretion and Trustworthiness (confidential information) -Excellent IT skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. -Great interpersonal and communication skills -Experience of supporting the CEO / Managing Director of a large organisation. -Fully conversant with GDPR regulations -A good standard of education, preferably at degree level however as min. to A level standard -Extensive successful experience of working in a senior support role within a corporate environment. -Paralegal knowledge (Desirable) -Previous experience within the Construction industry -Able to touch type with RSA Typing Skills Stage III (advanced) qualification with distinction, or equivalent. -Fully conversant with all Microsoft packages, inc. PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel
