What You Bring

-Valid driver’s license with clean driving record. -Ability to pass a pre- employment drug test. -Valid DOT card or ability to obtain one -Provides excellent customer service -Demonstrates high quality decision making in a fast paced and quickly evolving environment -Ability to safely operate a truck with an attached plow -Works autonomously demonstrating strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills -Demonstrates timely and effective communication -1+ season of snow plow truck operation experience -Proficient use all required technology, such as tablets and software for job tracking
