Manage quality inspections, safety, and continuous improvement for elevator installations.

Tasks

-Manage stage and final inspections for new installations as per regional guidelines. -Analyze and resolve field issues. -Implement 6S in the field. -Conduct RCA / 8D analysis of incidents as required. -Audit units in service and reduce critical and safety nonconformities. -Audit sick/high call rate units. -Conduct initiatives and training sessions to improve service and new installation quality. -Work on common safety and quality issues for quick resolution. -Implement and monitor PCI/MPCI/FI tasks according to plan. -Timely reporting of serious incidents as per protocol/guidelines. -Handle customer complaints at regional level with the regional team.

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. -Strong knowledge of quality management systems and inspection protocols. -Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and liaise with stakeholders. -Experience 12 to 15 years at least 10 years of experience in quality management within the elevator and escalator industry. -Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
