Tasks

-Develop and manage strategic supplier relationships, including performance metrics and improvement plans. -Address quality issues by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions in collaboration with recycling plants and suppliers. -Maintain and update the category map for recycled material spend. -Negotiate commercial agreements to ensure supply continuity, improve lead times, manage pricing, and reduce risk. -Design supply chains using a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) model. -Lead strategic procurement initiatives including market analysis, benchmarking, and risk mitigation planning. -Identify and develop new and alternative sources of recycled materials. -Align sourcing strategies with organizational objectives and ensure stakeholder engagement. -Analyze market trends and develop accurate cost forecasts.

What You Bring

-Strong negotiation skills across all organizational levels. -Proven ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies with measurable business impact. -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power BI, and Oracle ERP systems. -Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. -Willingness to travel up to 20%. -Professional accreditation in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management. -Experience in executing strategic sourcing processes and managing supplier contracts. -Strong multitasking and organizational skills with a customer service mindset. -Demonstrated change management and organizational transformation capabilities. -MBA or advanced degree preferred. -Minimum of 8 years of relevant industry experience. -Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
