Tasks

-Assist in monthly billback process -Assist with reporting financial information to 3rd parties including replacement reserves -Assist in keeping documentation of processes current -Perform month end revenue analysis -Participate in special projects to improve efficiencies. -Analysis and reconciliation of specific general ledger accounts -Analyze monthly account detail, research and explain significant variances for designated categories -Perform mid-month utility analysis -Monitor and manage the Residential Services email box and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner -Complete journal entries -Submit questions from accountants to the field during the month-end close process -Process wires as assigned

What You Bring

-Strong sense of teamwork and work ethic demonstrated. -Working knowledge of spreadsheet software. -Demonstrates the ability to develop strong analytical skills. -Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or within 6-month period if currently enrolled). -Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). -Willing to work on a flexible schedule (overtime required). -Possesses a strong customer service focus. -Is able to work well with accounting team, property management team, on-site associates and other departments including upper management. -Good time management and organizational skills desired. -Demonstrates the initiative and skills of career advancement to provide bench strength within Financial Services. -Is able to work under pressure.
