Tasks

-Design and deploy scalable, high-performance software aligned with long-term business goals -Champion Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and promote Agile principles across teams -Ensure design goals—performance, modularity, reliability, maintainability, reusability, accessibility—are met -Build and maintain automated test cases for microservices-based products -Monitor and enhance performance of distributed platforms for uptime and efficiency -Conduct performance testing (load, stress, scalability) to validate system resilience -Conduct security testing and implement protocols to ensure compliance and data integrity -Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and IT teams to integrate and optimise solutions -Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate relevant advancements into infrastructure -Develop automation for configuration, provisioning, and deployment to streamline operations -Lead resolution of outages and performance issues with root cause analysis and prevention -Analyse system capacity and plan for future scalability -Support third-party development partners to meet design and quality standards -Identify and track defects early using issue management tools -Document system configurations and troubleshooting procedures for knowledge sharing
