Tasks

-Manage schedules, change orders, RFI, and submittal process. -Applying and teaching DeAngelis Diamond's SOPs, standard operating procedures, to your work. -Be a member of the team involved in creating a winning strategy for Request for Proposal Responses (RFP’s) and the formal presentation for a project. -Negotiate contract agreements with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. -Present monthly project process reports including cost reports updates, PCO, CO, RFIs, submittals, safety, and schedule reports to executive team leaders. -Manage timely and proper payment processes from clients, subcontractors, and vendors. -Visit job sites regularly to attend the OAC meetings and support the project team. -Lead multiple project teams in the construction of projects ensuring project quality, schedule, budget, safety, and exceptional client experience goals are met. -Team up with other high-performing coworkers.

What You Bring

-Costco or Sam’s Club membership -Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Box, DocuSign, Textura, and Bluebeam. -10+ years of experience as a construction Project Manager preferably within our core project types, or have grown through DD's career path leading to this role. -PTO: 1st year: 8 days; Years 2-5: 18 days; 6-10 Years: 23 days, 11+ Years: 28 days -Able to function in a positive, friendly, and collaborative environment. -Expert understanding of AIA construction agreements. -Detail-oriented mindset with a positive "can-do" attitude -Strong personal integrity and has the highest ethical standards. -Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. -Outstanding communicator: able to synthesize complex information into simple, actionable insights and ability to communicate technical building processes with construction and non-construction team members equally. -Requires 25% travel to other locations.
