Overview

Plan and design Fibre-to-the-Home networks for Ireland and internationally.

Tasks

-Designing fibre networks using various tools (ARC GIS, Solid Works, FME) -Planning Fibre-to-the-Home (FTTX) networks, including (but is not limited to): -Ensuring designs meet client standards. -Preparing materials lists and construction documents. -Creating detailed network designs. -Providing project updates and data analysis. -Validating fibre routes, identifying key entry points, and checking for potential issues (e.g., poles, wires, and ducts).

What You Bring

-IT literate with MS packages. -Positive approach to problem solving. -Experience with ArcGIS products and tools. -Strong Time Management skills, -Experience in the communications, electrical or other related utilities industries. -Ability to work as part of a team and independently. -Experience with any Design Tool systems such as: AutoCad, Revit, IQGEO, QGIS, FME, Smallworld. -Full clean driving licence. -Excellent communication skills, verbal & written. -Flexibility to travel (if required).
