Overview

Install GDI products, perform site prep and carpentry, and supervise crew.

Tasks

-Responsible for crew efficiency in accordance with GDI guidelines -As a representative of the company the Installer is responsible for the behavior and performance of the crew, and will be evaluated on customer feedback include online reviews. -Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work site -Install All View, ComfortView, and Solarium products -Review and confirm accuracy of breakout in accordance with customer contract -Collect necessary stage payments from customer when applicable -Layout and cut all materials to install the job -Perform site prep which includes any work needed to modify the existing structure. -Review work jacket with supervisor -May be responsible for set up, take down, and repair of displays used for various outside marketing events

What You Bring

-Ability to complete basic carpentry duties such as dormer attachment, fascia removal, standard fascia attachment, etc. Able to build simple decks as well as demolition of old rooms. -Post Installation customer service survey, top score 90% or better
