The Role
Overview
Coordinate plant hire, manage orders/breakdowns, and support customers across UK projects.

Tasks
-Source and arrange operated and non-operated plant items, prioritising internal fleet utilisation. -Manage orders, off-hires, and breakdowns through our call management system. -Ensure all requests are fulfilled within SLA guidelines and resolve any queries promptly. -Contribute ideas to improve processes and maximise efficiency. -Coordinate plant hire requests and breakdowns for projects nationwide. -Build strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

What You Bring
-Experience in a administrative or customer-focused role. -Ability to take ownership and deliver tasks to agreed deadlines. -Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel. -Excellent organisational and communication skills.
