Overview
Manage office, customers, marketing, operations and finances for a flooring franchise.

Tasks
-Meet with sales staff weekly to discuss recent sales and review customer expectations and product orders. -Support and participate in home shows. -Support and implement local marketing efforts as needed. -Accurately update QuickBooks daily for all income and expenses. -Discuss and obtain written permission for any changes in contracted work. -Ensure customers feel cared for by taking pride in what you do—providing extra-mile service by going above and beyond expectations. -Be available to attend training seminars at the owner’s discretion. -Follow up on open proposals as needed. -Develop trust with customers by living our Core Values all day and every day. -Resolve customer conflicts. -Update the customer with ongoing details of installation and job progress. -Track, prepare, and manage timely payment of business-related expenses. -Confirm scope of work and compensation with installers prior to start of job. -Update Salesforce/production board daily with status of job and upcoming schedule. -As a job is landed and produced, complete the job costing form with the pertinent details. -Communicate with installers and customers on start dates and times. -Assist in the development, management & delivery of local marketing tactics. -Providing extra-mile service. -As soon as possible, convert leads to appointments by scheduling appointments for the sales team. -Submit the GS&R Prep form weekly via email. -Keep the showroom and office organized and presentable. -Make decisions and act in accordance with Floor Coverings International's core values and mission. -Work weekly and monthly to meet goals. -Schedule the job to meet the schedule of customer and installers. -Order all products needed for jobs accurately and follow up on delivery. -Strengthen emotional connections with customers and the community by engaging in the community and making it fun! -Attend weekly meetings with the owner at scheduled times.

What You Bring
-Excellent customer service skills -Use of the Mobile Showroom for work appointments when available (insurance and gas covered by the company). -English/Spanish Bilingual is a plus. -No experience is required, but 1-3 years of experience is preferred. -Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task. -Experienced in bookkeeping using QuickBooks is a plus. -Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone. -Able to work independently without supervision.
