Overview

Coordinate logistics projects, managing schedules, budgets, risks, and client communication.

Tasks

-Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. -Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives. -Developing project strategies. -Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes. -Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management. -Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures. -Undertaking project tasks as required. -Help prepare budgets. -Oversee project procurement management. -Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants. -Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise. -Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve. -Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information. -Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective. -Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures. -Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance inspections. -Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. -Providing administrative support as needed.

What You Bring

-Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner. -While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; Standing and walking is required. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The employee must occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds. -Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control. -An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans. -No certificates or licenses required -Knowledge in file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures. -Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study. -Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
