Electrical Construction Manager - Data Center

Overview

On-site supervision of industrial electrical projects in data centers.

Tasks

-Enforce safety protocols and document incidents -Review timecards and job costs for accuracy and accountability -Coordinate with project managers on planning, scheduling, cost tracking, and material procurement -Supervise field crews and subcontractors to keep work on schedule and within budget -Participate in constructability reviews and help define execution strategies -Support project benchmarking, stakeholder reviews, and process approvals -Act as the on-site KE representative for inspectors, landowners, and OSHA visits -Conduct tailgate safety meetings and ensure JHA completion -Provide feedback, coaching, and mentorship to on-site personnel -Oversee and report daily progress to the project team -Lead on-site planning, material and equipment management, and job site safety -Interpret and manage project execution based on drawings and installation standards -Support documentation, change orders, and construction-related administration -Lead by example and jump in on-site when needed -Build and maintain a 3-week lookahead schedule

What You Bring

-Valid driver’s license with a strong driving record -Strong communication skills across teams and stakeholders -Ability to manage multiple projects and forecast scope -Competency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) -Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check -Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 80 lbs. -Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, stoop, walk, and sit for long periods of time -Travel availability up to 100% across regional states, including overnight stays -Industrial electrical construction experience -Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent combination of experience/education -Licensed Journeyman -Data Center experience (Required) -Must be able to work outdoors in varying conditions
