Tasks

-Enforce safety standards, maintain OSHA logs, and lead training programs aligned with the company’s ZERO Harm initiatives. -Direct and schedule preventive maintenance for HVAC, equipment, and building systems to ensure reliability and safety compliance. -Manage daily maintenance activities, supervise technicians and grounds crews, and ensure quality workmanship across all repair and upkeep tasks.

What You Bring

-High School Diploma or GED required. -Minimum of three (3) years of property maintenance experience -College courses or technical school training are strongly preferred with relevant trade certifications and licenses
