Tasks

-Maintain strong relationships with Hive team members across Specialist Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support & Sale Support -Manage and maintain relationships with a mix of tiered customers in a defined market or region, ensuring their needs are met -Drive a strategic portfolio and territory plan with your direct reports and Hive teams -Drive product & feature usage through quarterly business reviews & connecting Customers with the Customer Success team -Coach and support a small team of Relationship Managers, holding the team accountable to set goals and expectations – ensuring they achieve their targets and provide customers with a best on planet experience. -Identify customer needs & growth opportunities, engage and introduce relevant Hive team members to action

What You Bring

-Expert knowledge of salesforce. -Previous management experience prefered, but not essential -Expert knowledge of advertising/marketing processes and strategies. -Knowledge of local Real Estate industry. -A proven track record of coaching and developing others and project work -Work productively in a fast paced and agile environment. -Someone with a runs on the board - Proven account management and sales experience of achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service essential.
