Overview
Manage complex water & wastewater projects, budgets, schedules, and client relations.

Tasks
-Maintain ongoing communication to support clients and act as primary point of contact, managing expectations to ensure client satisfaction -Ensure all projects adhere to relevant regulations and obtain necessary permits -Support construction administration of projects and lead or assist permitting efforts. -Manage quality assurance and control analysis to ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations and Halff requirements, and comply with recognized standards and codes of practice -Interdisciplinary team can provide full services from land development to treatment facility design. -Collaborate with internal staff, ensuring every aspect of the project scope is aligned with standards and successful execution of the project plan -Facilitate communication and engagement with stakeholders, including client’s, regulatory agencies and additional relevant parties

What You Bring
-Proficient with conducting studies, preparing reports, and reading/developing construction plans and specifications -Biosolids Handling -Instrumentation, Control and SCADA -Experience with AutoCAD, ArcGIS PRO, InfoWater (or Water CAD, or Sewer CAD) is a plus -Licensed PE, preferably in Arkansas or can obtain within 6 months -Adept in project planning, execution and closure, ensuring regulatory compliance and overseeing quality assurance to mitigate potential risk to ensure project success -6+ years of hands-on targeted experience providing support to Water/Wastewater Utility projects: Water/Wastewater treatment, pump stations, water storage, gravity/pressure sewer, waterlines -Proven track record of demonstrated experience of prioritizing and managing projects ranging in complexity -We leverage more than 65 years of experience in the water utilities industry to develop creative and sound solutions. -Odor Control -Ability to manage and work collaboratively with multi-discipline teams and subconsultants -Water/Wastewater treatment experience, is a plus -Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering, preferably civil, biological, or environmental -Demonstrated ability to coordinate project deliverables, manage project budgets and schedule, and identify resolution of issues,
