Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated material handling equipment in industrial settings.

Tasks
-Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment or upgrades -Participate in safety audits and respond to system-related hazards -Provide feedback on equipment reliability and recommend improvements -Monitor system operations to detect irregularities or breakdowns -Collaborate with engineers, operations staff, and IT teams -Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards -Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues -Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve faults -Replace worn parts, lubricate components, and ensure optimal system performance -Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and part replacements -Perform preventive maintenance on automated systems such as conveyors, AS/RS, sortation systems, robotic arms, and AGVs -Calibrate systems to meet manufacturer specifications

What You Bring
-Familiarity with automated systems and industrial machinery -2+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance -Ability to read technical manuals and schematics -Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills -Experience with robotic palletizers, carousels, and pick-and-place robots -Associate degree or technical certification in industrial maintenance, mechatronics, or related field -HS Diploma or equivalent -Willingness to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment -Basic understanding of PLCs, sensors, and actuators -Hands-on experience with AGVs and robotic systems -OSHA safety training or equivalent certification -Proficiency in using diagnostic software and tools -Knowledge of automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS)
