Tasks

-Lead large-scale commercial builds, ranging from $20M - $150M. -Oversee all site operations from conception to close-out. -Have a strong onsite presence - walking the site, interacting with subcontractors and working closely with superintendents. -Work directly with clients and owners reps - being the face of the company.

What You Bring

-Be comfortable with leading multiple projects at once. -10+ years progressive construction management experience, with at least 3 years spent as a lead PM. -Experience leading $30M+ ground-up commercial construction projects (not multifamily). -Prior experience in the LA market essential. -Bachelor's degree in construction management preferred.
