-Conduct site investigations and technical research to support design decisions. -Coordinates with technicians and staff; assign tasks and checks work for accuracy. -Manages and perform system design, including calculations, equipment selection, layout, and drawing preparation. -Develops and reviews project documents, specifications, and design options; ensures code compliance through meetings and reviews. -Apply standard engineering practices and software tools to produce high-quality deliverables. -Build and develop internal and external relationships

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering -Experienced with industry-standard software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) -2 – 6 years’ experience -Competent in data interpretation and statistical analysis -Engineer-in-Training/Fundamentals of Engineering (EIT) -Demonstrate critical thinking and sound engineering judgement -Detail-oriented and quality focused -Effective communicator -Solid command of core engineering principles with the ability to apply them to real-world, multidisciplinary projects. -Demonstrates working knowledge of relevant codes and design standards. -Working knowledge of project management fundamentals -Proficient in problem-solving
