Overview

Lead hospitality & catering services for two Defence Messes at HMS Excellent.

Tasks

-Schedule staff effectively in line with business needs. -Ensure customer requirements are shared across departments for smooth planning and delivery. -Manage budgets, monitor costs and sales, and maintain accurate financial records. -Maintain regular communication with the client and follow up on any agreed actions. -Oversee all hospitality and catering services on site. -Complete and act on client satisfaction surveys and feedback. -Ensure all hospitality is delivered to a high standard and look for opportunities to increase revenue. -Promote the Mess facilities and act as a positive representative of the company. -Manage day-to-day soft facilities (FM) service delivery.

-Excellent communication, organisation, and administrative skills. -Strong financial awareness and ability to manage budgets effectively. -Positive “can-do” attitude and great attention to detail. -Confident using computers and hospitality systems. -Proven experience in hospitality, catering, or event management.
