Tasks

-Maintain owner relations. -Develop and maintain schedules using Microsoft Project. -Manage multiple projects. -Attend meetings and prepare minutes. -Reviewing/preparing subcontractors scope of work. -Develop/track submittals, RFI’s and cost reports. -Review/prepare change orders. -Reading of documents and contracts. -Assist in estimating process. -Negotiating and awarding subcontracts.

What You Bring

-Ability to read and interpret blueprints. -Ability to create material take-off’s. -College degree in a construction/engineering field preferred, but not required. -Excellent communication skills. -Marketing and presentation skills. -Writing subcontracts. -Computer Skills Required – Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). -Must have the ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status. -Should be highly organized, highly motivated and a detail directed problem solver. -Minimum of eight (8) + years’ experience in managing multiple industrial projects.
