Tasks

-Offer insights and recommendations to improve cost-efficiency across jobs -Work closely with a high-performing, close-knit team -Maintain and develop our national rates database -Work alongside Project Managers to ensure scopes are complete and accurate -Assist with negotiating prices from suppliers and subcontractors -Validate pricing through quotes, supplier data, and independent research -Apply regional pricing factors to maintain competitiveness

What You Bring

-Experience with Priority or Prime Ecosystem software is a bonus — training provided -Comfortable working in a collaborative office environment (Morningside-based) -Previous experience in Quantity Surveying (residential or insurance construction highly regarded) -Confident working with quotes, estimates, and supplier negotiations -Hands-on experience across a variety of residential insurance projects -Strong analytical and pricing skills -Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Benefits
