  • Learn to prepare takeoffs and estimates.
  • Ability to successfully complete a two-round interview, with the first round via Teams and the second in-person on-site.
  • Degree in construction management or an engineering-based field.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and engage in client-facing activities.
  • Previous experience and familiarity with construction sites.
  • Maintain strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
