-Guided Practice & Coaching to sub-ordinates and Facility Team -Create a collaborative environment amongst our members through events and hyperlocal alliances & partnerships. -Ensure Upkeep of the Centre -Execution of all Company Driven ideas and initiatives -Maintain above target CSAT score -Build and expand community. -Execution of activities directed towards Client Engagement & Brand Initiatives, CSR -Collaborate within Team & other stakeholders to drive execution

What You Bring

-Minimum experience of 3-5 years -Worked at a Revenue Centre in the last 2 years -Adherence to Compliances & Protocols -Graduate in any stream, MBA preferred -Excellent communication skills -Belief in Extremely strong Process execution -Should have managed an annual revenue of a minimum of 2.5 million INR -Key skills in Relationship Management, Operations, Cost & Revenue Management -Aware and with keen interest in current affairs -Exemplary customer service skills and record -Should be familiar with the local language -Enthusiasm and demonstrating noticeable participation -Excellent written and verbal communication -ASR and margin analysis -Proficient with MS Spreadsheet -Adapts to Environmental-Socio-Governance nuances diligently -Diligent towards Preventive Maintenance Calendar
