Tasks

-Design future-ready payment architecture. Leading the development of a new payment framework aligned with Treasury Payment Policy and industry best practices. Optimizing payment method usage to enhance efficiency, security, and cost-effectiveness. -Design and ensure compliance with controls, internally and externally -Survey Treasury business processes; document risks, controls and functional requirements -Identify technology solutions and implement systems and process for payments -Collaborate for success. Partner with internal teams such as Accounts Payable and external banking institutions. Participate in cross-functional initiatives and support treasury-related projects. -Deliver insights through reporting. Delivering insights through reporting. Developing dashboards and reports to monitor payment activity, cash positions, and key performance indicators. -Ensure seamless payment operations. Supporting day-to-day commercial and treasury payment activities. Troubleshooting payment rejections using ACK files and resolving issues in coordination with internal teams. Preparing, reviewing, and approving payment templates in line with internal controls and policies. -Execution of timely, accurate, and compliant payments, supported by robust processes, systems, and controls. -Uphold compliance and risk standards. Ensure adherence to internal controls, SOX compliance, and regulatory requirements (e.g., OFAC, AML). -Enable accurate cash forecasting. Collecting and reviewing forecast data from internal stakeholders. Integrating forecast inputs into Kyriba to support liquidity planning and visibility. -Design overall Treasury Payment information architecture -Drive continuous improvement. Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process optimization across payment workflows.

What You Bring

-Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Kyriba is required. -Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and manage multiple priorities. -Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a reliable partner and problem-solver. -CTP (preferred) -Sustainability and adaptability of payment processes, ensuring solutions remain efficient and relevant as business needs evolve. -Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and treasury compliance standards. -Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury, or related financial operations. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Familiarity with principles of financial controls, audit and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) -Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. -MBA or Masters (preferred) -Kyriba Payment Certification (a plus)
