Tasks

-Unloading trucks. -The employee is regularly required to sit, walk, and stand. -Follow established safety rules and regulations including PPE and OSHA standards. -Foster positive teamwork relationships with fellow employee owners. -Inspect and clean surface in preparation for material. -Stand or walk for 8+ hours.

What You Bring

-Practical work experience to this position. -Ability to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis. -Effectively communicate and follow oral and written instructions. -Ability to use and read a tape measure. -Comprehension and knowledge of power tools (electrical or battery drills, saws, grinders, impact torque drivers, table saws, hammer drills, etc.) -Ability to follow supervisor’s instructions. -Possess a strong attention to detail and high accuracy. -Available and willing to travel extensively to job sites for extended periods of time. -Ability to communicate well with project manager and supervisors. -Team-oriented with leadership potential able to work well under pressure, follow orders, and report issues to supervisors or project managers. -Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and the ability to follow instructions to wire motors and limit switches. -Must have ability to lift both arms overhead. -Experience preferred with installation of bleachers or similar products. -Must be able to climb a ladder, scaffolding and stairs. -Ability to read installation blueprints. -Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. -Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and physical exam. -Knowledge of tools and basic operating use. -Must have a valid driver’s license. -Possess arm, hand, and finger dexterity to use when reaching and handling materials and equipment. -Organized and capable of meeting deadlines as an individual or as a team. -Motivated and reliable with a strong work ethic.
