What You Bring

We’re looking for an Operations & Facilities Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day facility operations and make sure everything runs the way it should — safe, efficient, and on schedule. This is a hands-on role for someone experienced, steady, and reliable. -Comfortable supervising a small team of engineers and technicians -15+ years in facilities, plant, or operations management — preferably in manufacturing, R&D, or industrial settings -Strong understanding of safety, equipment, and vendor management
