The Role
Overview
Oversee Idaho inventory, handle data entry, stock control, discrepancies, and operate forklift.

Tasks
-Review all paperwork confirming that the correct pricing, quantity and materials were received -Interact with customers (Internal and External) to resolve problems or answer questions -Reconcile any discrepancies between physical counts and system on hands. -Ensure that all locations are adhering to Track Utilities inventory policies, procedures and processes -Load, offload, pre stage, and organize all inventory. -Maintains inventory by identifying, stocking, receiving, reordering, and organizing materials. -Control and organize storage, inventory, and yard space. -Operating forklift and other various pieces of equipment. -Assist in processing data sheets entry of warehouse for multiple locations. -Audit and research all inventory for receiving, loading, and entry errors -Maintain records, utilize specialized reports, and document relevant information.

What You Bring
-Strong ability to influence desired outcomes by master relationship building -Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, etc.) -Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen. -Strong work ethic with a great attitude -Ability to be organized, problem solve, and be solution oriented -Travel 10%-20% -High School Diploma/GED required -2-4 College Degree Preferred -Class A CDL Preferred -Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver’s License is required within two weeks of employment. -Strong team player with the ability to adapt to diverse team members -A high level of time management, accountability, and prioritization skills -Self-motivated, goal- oriented, and driven to accomplish department goals -Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment -Minimum three (3) years’ experience -warehouse and inventory material handling
