We’re looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage post-sales engagement, customer satisfaction, and coordination across teams — ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless experience. -Maintain accurate CRM reports and daily activity logs. -Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery and service updates. -Handle customer follow-ups, issue resolution, and feedback collection. -Act as the single point of contact for post-sales customer interactions. -Drive Google reviews, referrals, and post-sale payment collections.

What You Bring
