Tasks

-Assist in keeping the Maintenance shop clean. -Replace light bulbs. -Responsible for the security of the property at all times. -Remove all trash from grounds daily. -Support the maintenance team with make-readies and lend a hand to housekeeping when necessary. -Cleaning apartments after move-out and preparing them for new residents. -Replenish bathroom supplies. -Sweep sidewalks and driveways on a regular basis. -Keeping all keys to the property in his/her personal possession and refusing to hand the keys to any unauthorized person. -Distribute flyers and letters to residents if necessary.

What You Bring

-Must be available on notice in event of snow and/or ice and other on-site emergencies. -Water trees as well as trim grass and shrubs. -Up to one-month related experience or training, or equivalent education and experience. -Active and valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle.
