Tasks
-Help troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues during the design and testing phases. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure electrical design requirements are met. -Assist in the creation of technical presentations and project status updates. -Prepare and maintain detailed engineering documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and technical reports. -Participate in the selection and evaluation of electrical components and systems. -Assist in the testing and validation of prototypes and final products. -Work is typically performed in an office setting, with some time spent in testing labs or on the manufacturing floor. -Perform basic electrical calculations and analysis to ensure design integrity and compliance with specifications. -Assist in the design and development of electrical circuits, systems, and products using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, Altium Designer). -Support the development of schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings. -Work with senior engineers and project managers to meet project deadlines and milestones. -Provide support during the manufacturing and assembly processes to ensure product quality and performance.

What You Bring
-Experience with simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, MATLAB). -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Internship or co-op experience in an electrical engineering role is a plus, but not required. -Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. -This position may require occasional travel to manufacturing sites or client locations. -Proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, Altium Designer). -Familiarity with industry standards and codes (e.g., IEEE, NEC). -Excellent communication and teamwork skills. -Basic knowledge of embedded systems or control systems. -Basic understanding of electrical engineering principles, including circuit design, signal processing, and power distribution. -Understanding of PCB design and fabrication processes. -Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
