Warehouse Lead

Overview

Oversee warehouse operations, load/unload trucks, manage orders and maintain inventory.

Tasks

-Maintain company warehouse -Warehouse maintenance as required -Ensure all inbound merchandise is checked in per company procedures -Communicate and cooperate with management and coworkers -Process all damage claims according to company policy and maintain related paperwork -Unload and load trucks in safe manner -Receive and sort Paschal orders using the Paschal process -Follow up on all damage claims and returns to the vendor in a timely manner -Separate Special Orders from delivery and process according to Paschal policy -Operate a dolly and/or pallet jack or forklift safely and efficiently -Follow instructions to ensure adequate comprehension and follow through -Maintain organized and accurate files for all paperwork related to the backroom -Establish and maintain strict organization standards in the backroom

What You Bring

-Ability to practice personal safety when lifting, using ladders and equipment -Possession of a valid driver’s license and good driving record -Able to operate a forklift, dolly, and pallet jack -Basic knowledge of computers -This position is considered a safety sensitive position, successful completion of a preemployment drug screen and background check is required -High School Diploma or GED -Excellent time attendance -Good verbal and written communication skills
