Overview

Manage design, documentation, and construction for multifamily/mixed-use projects in NYC/NJ.

Tasks

-Manage consultants (MEP, structural, lighting, acoustics, expeditors) -Review DOB objections and ensure code compliance -Oversee RFIs, ASIs, and drawing submittals -Lead design development, drawing production, and construction administration -Mentor junior staff and report to leadership -Coordinate client communication and project schedules

What You Bring

-Strong experience in multifamily and mixed-use projects -Proficiency in Revit (Enscape plug-ins a plus), AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and 3D modeling software -10+ years of architectural experience, with 2+ years managing NYC/NJ projects -Familiarity with NYC DOB processes, building codes, and zoning -Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills -Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture -Interior design experience is a plus
