The Role

Overview

Assist senior brokers in CRE deals, business development, research, and client interaction.

Tasks

-Shadow senior brokers in transaction negotiation, evaluation, and documentation. -Contribute to designated local market research requests: market snapshots, market overviews, quarterly market decks, topic specific research to support pitches and brokerage opportunities. -Provide clients with industry and market specific information as it relates to their business and maintain contact information on prospects. -Work with senior brokers on new business proposals, prepare available property summary books and create new business presentations. -Support the senior brokers in initiating business development activities and taking initiative to outreach to new leads (cold calls, warm calls, emails, etc.) -Work with senior brokers to develop materials for clients (e.g., lease comparisons, market overviews, prospect, or client presentations). -Review and understand financial models, cash flow projections, and valuation models.

What You Bring

-A minimum of 0 – 4 (+) years of commercial real estate or business-to-business sales experience -State Real Estate License (must have within 90 days of hire) -Demonstrable success in business development and sales production -Prefer a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related -Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables -Preferred previous experience in corporate real estate, consulting, or finance; understanding of real estate fundamentals is a plus
