OEM Automation Lead – Inspection

Overview

Lead OEM automation for syringe inspection, integrating equipment with PCS/MES

Key Responsibilities

Tasks

-Understand how the Inspection equipment operates and ensure that all functions are present and tested -Ensure high standard of configuration and coding -Integrate the Inspection machines and area onto the PCS and MES at Site -Plan, attend and supervise UAT/FAT/SATs -Prepare and communicate Client requirements -Ownership of the inspection area automation including Automation Visual Inspection; Manual Visual Inspection equipment; handling/transfer equipment; robotics; etc -Review and approve Design deliverables (FS, DS, Drawings, Etc) -Work closely with the Automated Visual Inspection AVI equipment OEM supplier and system integrator and/or internal team in scope and standard of Automation deliverables

-Machine safety directive expertise and experience on safety PLC systems; -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -Reference Project experience -Aveva PI; SQL; Werum PAS/X -Knowledge of networking and thin client technology: -Pharmaceutical experience Drug Production Fill Finish -Subject Matter Expert for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)/VPE (Vendor Packaged Equipment) automation on behalf of Client -Proven Leadership ability -OEM Syringe AVI Machine or similar equipment experience; Korber; Robotics; Manual Inspection Booths.
