Tasks
As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, the role offers the opportunity to lead projects, mentor junior staff and contribute to the strategic growth of the business. -Contribute to business development initiatives and the expansion of our client portfolio -Lead and manage pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties, including cost estimation, budgeting, procurement, and tendering processes. -Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project delivery. -Mentor and support the development of junior team members. -Oversee contract administration, variations, and final account settlements. -Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project cost control.

What You Bring
-Minimum of 7 years’ experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on cost consultancy. -Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. -Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field. -Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. -Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.
