Tasks

-Oversee the creation of marketing assets (digital, print, event-based) that support brand awareness, lead nurturing, community engagement, and sales. -Manage project-level marketing budgets and reporting, tracking ROI and campaign effectiveness to ensure alignment with business objectives. -Phone conversation with Talent Acquisition team -Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, development, and external agency partners to ensure unified execution, brand consistency. -Lead and localise integrated marketing strategies to position Ingenia Lifestyle communities as market leaders, aligning state and national campaigns with the overarching brand vision. -Develop and execute data-driven marketing plans by analysing lead quality, sales funnel metrics, and market trends to drive qualified traffic and optimise conversion performance.

What You Bring

-Skilled in CRM systems, eDM builders, CMS platforms, and Microsoft Office. -Able to interpret customer insights, market trends, and competitor data to shape effective marketing strategies and drive process improvements. -Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with travel to sites, managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving business needs. -5+ years in marketing, ideally within property, with a strong grasp of campaign delivery, project launches, and agency collaboration. -Proven ability to manage stakeholders and foster a positive, high-performing culture aligned with Ingenia’s values.
