Lead WHS initiatives, coach team, ensure safety compliance across SA & NT.

Tasks
-Partner with leaders to embed safety into everyday operations -Lead and coach the regional H&S team -Support incident investigations and share key learnings -Deliver training, audits, and site visits across SA & NT -Champion WHS standards and drive consistency across regions -Identify trends and implement proactive safety solutions

What You Bring
-ICAM and Cert IV Training & Assessment (desirable) -WHS qualification and 2+ years’ experience in heavy industry or construction -Confident communicator and trusted advisor -Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and ISO 45001 systems
