Tasks

-Partner with leaders to identify, design, and implement learning and development strategies aligned with business goals. -Provide subject matter expertise and coaching to leaders and teams. -Use data and feedback to identify learning needs and measure impact. -Support change and transformation programmes, ensuring employees are equipped to thrive. -Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. -Collaborate with People & Culture Business Partners on cross-functional initiatives. -Partner with leaders, drive transformation, and champion continuous improvement

What You Bring

-Permanent, full-time role based in Melbourne, Sydney or Perth -Experience in blue-collar or industrial environments, including compliance training. -Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or related discipline. -Strong stakeholder engagement and commercial acumen. -Proven ability to address capability gaps and drive talent development. -Significant internal business partnering experience, with a specialty in L&D. -Cert IV TAE, Change Management (e.g., PROSCI) or similar.
