Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking employee training programs.

Tasks
-Prepares for and supports participants in AAON's programs both for in-person and virtual training, including confirmation communications, preparation of handout materials, evaluation forms, attendance monitoring, certificates of attendance and their distribution. Communicates to employees regarding their scheduled training and tracks their progress. -Provides on-site staff support for check-in, and prepares name tags, sign-in sheets, room, signage, presentation equipment and materials. -Provides trainer/facilitator support for virtual and in-person training, such as scheduling, videoconferencing support, audio-visual support, contracting & travel arrangements when applicable. -Leverages AAON's Learning Management System (LMS) to perform program enrollment, track attendance, completion, and performance metrics for learning and development programs. -Supports the planning and implementation logistics of in-person and virtual workshops, meetings, and other skill building projects for AAON's workforce. -Informs employees about scheduled training and monitors their progress. Supports the promotion of learning and development opportunities and explains the benefits to encourage participation. -Supports implementation of training data reporting and analytics. Creates online evaluation forms, analyzes, and reports on evaluation information, reports attendance, and other required department and company reporting. -Keeps employee training records up-to-date. Follows through with applicable processes to ensure training completions are reflected in employee transcripts. Creates, scans to Company records/software, and mails, as appropriate, certifications obtained by employees. -Coordinates with AAON staff on the booking of training venue, meeting platform logistics, distribution of materials, and online registration process.
