The Role
Overview
Provide practical and emotional support to domestic abuse survivors in Nottingham.
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Build trusting relationships and deliver strength-based support. -Create and review tailored support plans and risk assessments. -Safeguard vulnerable adults and children. -Liaise with external agencies to ensure holistic care. -Maintain accurate records and uphold health & safety standards.

What You Bring
-Has basic IT skills (training provided). -Communicates clearly, kindly, and professionally. -Understands confidentiality and professional boundaries. -Work flexibly on a rota, including weekends and bank holidays. -Has knowledge of issues affecting survivors of domestic abuse. -Is resilient, empathetic, and committed to NCHA’s CLEAR values.
