The Role

Overview

Maintain and troubleshoot automated conveyor and robotic systems in a client facility.

Tasks

-Lead and mentor work plan for emergency repair of critical assets and training plans for Maintenance Technicians. -Cultivate positive working relationships with our Client and Operations Maintenance team members. -Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures. -Install, maintain, and solve relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components, photo-eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, solenoids, etc. -Repair, maintain, and continuously improve functionality of materials handling equipment (MHE) and robotic systems throughout the facility. -Build and close out work orders in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

What You Bring

-Associate’s or higher degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field. -Experience with CMMS -Ability to move up to 50lbs and physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, and climbing stairs / ladders with or without reasonable accommodation. -Previous vendor management experience. -4+ years of experience working with automated conveyors and controls. -Experience with MHE safety standards in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Safety standards. -Previous leadership experience. -Ability to use and interpret statistical equipment to run metrics such as OEE/Up Time to prioritize accordingly. -High school diploma or general education degree (GED). -Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles, National Electrical Code (NEC), and/or industrial electronics. -Applicants must be currently authorized to work in United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. -Experience with Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) programs. -Experience reading blueprints and schematics. -Proficient using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). -Ability to conduct preventative & procedure-based maintenance. -Certification preferred in one or more of the following: electronic, electrical, mechanical, access control servers, PLCs, process controls, robotics, or mechanical power transmissions. -3+ years of work order management. -Experience with robotic maintenance.
