The Role
Overview
Manage residential development portfolio, liaise with clients, oversee contractors, finances, and compliance.

Tasks
-To carryout development inspections as necessary to ensure the Companies’ responsibilities are met. -To effectively manage the relationship with the customer including responding to queries, building positive relationships with stakeholders, reporting to clients regularly regarding management of development and attending meetings with customers and clients as required. -To liaise with our Accounts department to ensure accurate financial management of the development. -To ensure all Health & Safety and Industry legislation is adhered to. -Source, Appoint and Manage competent trade persons to undertake works across the portfolio. -Ensuring Customer complaints are resolved effectively and in a timely manner. -To ensure all works undertaken by contractors are of suitable quality and cost effective. -To proactively communicate with customers regarding our management of their development, ensuring communication strategies are achieved and reviewed on a regular basis.

What You Bring
-A proven track record in customer services with excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate well with individuals at all levels. -At least 2 years’ experience in the residential property management sector. -Must have a full UK driving license. -Previous experience of contract management. -Must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft packages. -Client focussed, organised, self-motivated, with ability to use own initiative and work to tight deadlines. -Attention to detail, whilst having the ability to keep perspective and make informed decisions.
