Manages employee parking lot access, verifies credentials, and provides lot assistance.

Tasks

-Responsible for calling the computer room for an employee that may need assistance with gas, fuel, air or locating their vehicle. -Responsible for alerting the manager on duty if notified that a lot or lots are full. -Responsible for contacting Landside for employees who require Pop A Lock or Tow services. Ensure the Pop A Lock or Tow service wait outside the entry lanes for Landside’s escort in. -Record detailed information on daily log. -Maintain awareness of surroundings and report any suspicious activities, medical or crime emergency immediately to Comm. Center (911) and Computer Room. -Only allow access to the Employee Parking Lot to those displaying proper credentials per vehicle. -Complete assignment in a timely manner and maintain a daily log accurately and legibly. -Follow safety precautions at all times -Responsible for contacting the manager on duty and landside operations for failing to stop for the credential check at the EPL entry and for any person not providing the proper credentials but parks any way.

What You Bring

-One (1) year of customer service or similar work experience preferred -Must be 18 years of age or older -No high school diploma, GED or college degree required -Proper credentials are an airline, airport, rental car badge/ID plus a valid, current month (not expired) employee lot (EPL) hang tag. Months expire on the 6th day of each new month.
