Tasks

-Setting up of new surveys including data configuration -Dealing with confidential data -Setting up of mobile devices for surveyors to collect data -Developing inhouse best practice data management -Providing input into asset management advice and support -Assisting with the preparation of monthly fee accounts -Undertaking asset performance modelling -Assisting with the management of surveys and co-ordination with Fieldwork Managers -Preparation of survey outputs including cost tables for reporting -Providing monthly progress reports and updates (PowerBi and MS Excel) -Supporting and reporting to the Team Leader -Managing energy data to inform net zero carbon and sustainability strategies

What You Bring

-Any related data analytical tools and reporting such as PowerBi, AirTable, Python etc would be beneficial. -Data QA checks and validation (PowerBi and MS Excel) -Any knowledge of construction technology relating to residential accommodation would be beneficial. -You will have an analytical mind combining excellent written and communication skills to produce considered and robust outputs for the team and clients. -Experience of working with housing related systems such as Civica/Keystone, NEC, PIMSS, ActiveH, Open Housing, ProMaster, TechForge etc. would be advantageous. -A good working knowledge of MS Excel is required.
