Tasks

-Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the façade industry, including architects, engineers, cladding manufacturers, and installers -Represent EJOT at trade shows, façade forums (e.g., Zak, Facades+), and architectural events -Forecast sales opportunities and maintain CRM data (SAP) -Collaborate with cladding manufacturers to develop integrated attachment solutions -Prepare compelling presentations, case studies, and documentation to support specification and contractor buy-in -Provide project-specific support, including layout recommendations, system selection, installation drawings, and technical submittals -Educate the market on thermal performance, adjustability, span advantages, and ROI benefits of CrossFix® over legacy systems -Coordinate with EJOT’s global façade team to align on product innovations and cross-market insights -Promote the CrossFix® stainless steel and aluminum substructure system as a thermally optimized, code-compliant alternative to conventional aluminum brackets -Monitor competitor systems and market trends to refine go-to-market strategy

What You Bring

This role requires a unique blend of technical fluency, design-forward thinking, and consultative sales skills, making you the bridge between cutting-edge façade design and real-world project execution. Location: Atlantic Region (NY, DC, Boston, Philadelphia) | Travel Required (up to 50%) -Familiar with façade materials (ceramics, UHPC, aluminum, HPL, fiber cement, natural stone) -Technically fluent in rainscreen principles, building codes, and wall assembly components -Ability to stand for long periods during events or site visits -Capable of translating complex technical systems into simple, clear value propositions -Proven ability to navigate the façade value chain (specifier → contractor → installer) -Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Structural, or Mechanical), Construction Management, or a related field preferred -Ability to manage own schedule and priorities in a dynamic field-based role -Confident presenter, both in-person and virtual formats -Self-starter with strong organization, sound judgment, and follow-through -Experience working with system partners, OEMs, and distributors -Up to 50% travel (U.S. and occasional international) for client visits, events, and project support -7–10 years’ experience in technical sales or key account management within the building envelope, rainscreen, or cladding industry -Strong understanding of ventilated façade systems, building codes, and mechanical attachment solutions -Skilled in CRM (SAP preferred), MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and digital collaboration tools
