Saturday Assistant

Overview

Assist residential sales/lettings team with admin, client service on Saturdays

Key Responsibilities

• client reception
• database entry
• office administration
• appointment scheduling

Tasks

-Meet and greet clients in the office -Registering applicants on to the database (Reapit) – training will be given -General office administration including updating window displays, brochure mail outs and ensuring the key register is kept up to date -Arranging and assisting with pitch and viewing appointments

What You Bring

-Be an excellent communicator -Have fantastic attention to detail -Have a comprehensive knowledge of Cambridge and the surrounding areas -Experience in a previous role would be preferred but not essential.
